The Mark of YHVH

Who is fit to enter into the Reign of the Heavens and spend Eternal Life with Abba YHVH?  Many a man has convinced himself that he is fit to enter into His Reign, and can recite his numerous accomplishments here on Earth to backup his claim.  These accomplishments might include how well he has served his church, his community and/or his family.  They might also include the many “blessings” he believes he has received due to his good works; wealth, a nice house, new cars, vacations to far away places, etc…  Some might even mention their spiritual life; the time they spend in prayer and reading Scripture.

While these are all noteworthy accomplishments in the minds of men, do they really make one fit for the Reign of the Heavens?  If your heart will allow, let’s look at what our Loving Daddy has to offer to all in this matter.

Mattithyahu 18:1-6, 10 At that time the taught ones came to Yahoshua, saying, “Who, then, is greatest in the reign of the heavens?”  And Yahoshua called a little child to Him, set him in their midst, and said, “Truly, I say to you, unless you turn and become as little children, you shall by no means enter into the reign of the heavens.  Whoever then humbles himself as this little child is the greatest in the reign of the heavens.  And whoever receives one little child like this in My Name receives Me.  But whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in Me to stumble, it is better for him that a millstone be hung around his neck, and that he be drowned in the depth of the sea.”  (10) “See that you do not despise one of these little ones, for I say to you that in the heavens their messengers always see the face of My Father who is in the heavens.”

Mark 10:15 Yahoshua speaking “Truly, I say to you, whoever does not receive the reign of Elohim as a little child shall certainly not enter into it.”

Our creator knows a man’s heart, for He created him.  A grown man’s mind having been polluted with the vile teachings of men and having searched after the works of the flesh; adultery, whoring, uncleanness, indecency, idolatry, drug sorcery, hatred, quarrels, jealousies, fits of rage, selfish ambitions, dissensions, factions, envy, murders, drunkenness, wild parties and the like, is incapable of even acknowledging His Name, let alone seeing Him as the Loving Daddy that He is.

When confronted with His Simple Truths as found in Scripture, the grown man is quick to rebel against those Truths that do not suit him, offering up excuses for why he knows what is better for him than does His Creator.  The Torah somehow does not apply to him, or his interpretations of Scripture lead him to believe that He changed His Torah. This man is mocking Abba YHVH with his behavior, effectively calling Him a liar.  Perhaps this man’s heart has truly revealed to him what is best for him?

The mind of the child has had much less exposure to the stumbling blocks of man-made doctrine and the works of the flesh.  As such a child’s heart, unless it is rebellious from the womb, will be inclined to be loving, joyful, peaceful, patient, kind, good, trustworthy, gentile and self-controlled. As a child, we are always searching for someone to follow, who will lead us and love us, who will hold us accountable and offer us correction when needed. Someone who we can talk to who will listen and truthfully answer our questions.  Someone who will have a firm, yet gentile, grip on our hand as he shepards us through life’s ups and downs.  Someone on whose lap we can sit and gaze into his loving eyes, with the reassurance that he will always be there for us.  As a child, we simply want to follow and please are daddy!

Although we can find some, or perhaps many of these attributes in an earthly father, there is only one who can truly fill this role perfectly, our Heavenly Father, Abba YHVH!

A child’s heart is perfectly capable of hearing his Loving Daddy’s Voice, and accepting His Simple Truths as found in Scripture.  If this were not so, Abba YHVH would not command us to come to Him as little children!  We are reminded in Mattithyahu 21:16 …’Out of the mouths of babes and nurslings You have perfected praise’.”

To argue that a child is incapable of understanding His Word as written in Scripture, and incapable of deciding whom to follow, his Creator and Loving Daddy Abba YHVH, or the father of this world, s@t%n, is to despise this child and blaspheme the Set Apart Spirit who guides this child into all Truth.

Luke 12:10 Yahoshua speaking “And everyone who shall speak a word against the Son of Adam, it shall be forgiven him, but to him who has blasphemed against the Set Apart Spirit, it shall not be forgiven.”

Nothing is hidden from the face of Abba YHVH.
